[BUG]: Shox - mipmapping not being applied correctly in HW renderers
Describe the Bug
Fence textures do not render correctly in Shox when using HW mode in a race. No combination of settings seems to fix this, affects all HW renderers. The game already has automatic mipmapping (Basic) for corrupted textures when it is disabled
Reproduction Steps
Boot game, load into a race on a snow level and observe fences.
Expected Behavior
Texture should match SW behavior
