[BUG]: Broken FMVs in hardware mode in Army Men Sarges Heroes 2

Describe the Bug

In hardware mode all of the FMVs in game are broken and display a brown stretched rectangle.

Reproduction Steps

Boot up the game and watch the intro FMV in hardware mode and notice how it is subtly broken.

Expected Behavior

The FMVs to not be brown stretched messes.
