[BUG]: Exiting Full Screen Freezes Emulator

Describe the Bug

Start a video recording, then double click to enter full screen. Then double click to exit full screen.

Now the emulator is frozen and must be force quit.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Start Adventures of Cookies and Cream
  2. Initiate Video Recording mode
  3. Remember it's glitched in hardware render mode.
  4. Change to software render
  5. Initiate Video Recording mode again
  6. Double click the game to full screen it
  7. Double click the game to normal-size screen it

The emulator is now unresponsive.

Can confirm it did froze.
