[BUG]: God of War 1 and 2 - misaligned textures, AA1 related (SW)

Describe the Bug

Misaligned textures in software mode. The issue is related to AA1 anti-aliasing as noted by refractionpcsx2 in my previous report, but it is present in software mode too.

My original issue was closed unfixed. https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/issues/2257

Reproduction Steps

Start either GoW1 or GoW2 -> Options -> Controller Display.

Real Console captured with RetroTink5x

PCSX2 Software, obvious missing lines, and glitchy appearance.
