[BUG]: Radiata, junk after selecting aspect ratio when activating progressive scan mode on boot

Describe the Bug

When holding down the x and triangle button when the game boots you activate progressive scan mode. After doing so selecting an aspect ratio there is a flash of junk on screen. Started with nightly 4335.

Reproduction Steps

Boot game activate progressive scan.

Expected Behavior

should transition without junk flash.

Windows 11

If Linux - Specify Distro

Nvidia GTX 1080ti

GS Settings

Default. Occurs in HW mode.
