and none of the "Hardware fixes" works for this.
This is an upscaling issue it does not happen at native in hardware.
Really? it happens at native in my PC. (And all settings are default)

Fine here at native.

Definitely happening for me at native res

Switching to software then back to hardware seems to temporarily prevent the issue. though it also seems to make #3751 behave differently (the sun glare seems to become way more prone to being fully invisible)
Can confirm sun leak is still a thing, even in native.

Upscaling problem. Setting upscale factor to x2.5 or x3.5 or x7 fixes the issue on Vulkan renderer
It still breaks in 480i mode (there's no reason to unless you're stuck on PAL) even with those upscale factors unless you stick to being alone on the track and in internal view (apparently having reflections appear on screen breaks the sun and headlight halos semi permanently)
it seems it is now less glitched (?) at v1.7.4791

How is this on latest nightly?
it looks good for me
Thanks for checking :)
