[Feature Request]: Compress/Decompress games in the GUI

Description

Compress to CHD for bin + cue Compress to C(I)SO or even CHD (not preferred) for ISO

Reason

Easier to be centralized just like ye olden plugins.

Dolphin has a good way (ignoring their own compression methods like RVZ which isn't applicable for PCSX2):
