[BUG]: Need for Speed - Hot Pursuit 2 (NTSC): Intro video out of sync/Sound dropouts. Attract mode goes immediatly back to menu.

Describe the Bug

Intro video is out of sync and the audio drops out and back in during playtime.

The intro can be fixed with "Emulation -> System Settings -> EE Cycle Rate = 300 % (Overclock)

The overclock doesn't fix the attract mode.

In general it is not a problem per se, the game works very well. It is just that i did not see this mentioned elsewhere (wiki, other issues on git).

Happens with hard- and software renderers.

Reproduction Steps

Start the game and watch the intro. After the intro, just wait until the game automatically loads a race (attract mode). The race gets immediatly canceled and you're back in the menu.

Expected Behavior

Sync and continuous audio playback during intro and enjoy attract mode without cancelling back to menu.
