[BUG]: TC Demon core extreme ghosting on fire

Describe the Bug

There is extreme ghosting throughout the game including in fire in the dump I have provided.

Reproduction Steps

Run this dump and observe the fire effect grows as you increase the internal resolution.

Expected Behavior

Refraction found that disabling the texture cache fixes it so it's a texture cache issue.
