[BUG]: Ratchet and Clank top left pixel distorsion

Describe the Bug

Bug is present across all renders SW/HW couldn't reproduce on PAL copy of the game, Tried to dump the game again and checked CRC matches redump.org A bounce of pixel changes randomly when moving in menu

Reproduction Steps

Equipe Ratchet with drone device and enter weapons menu or gadgets Once you back into the game the issue no longer appear on screen
