Logs & Dumps
It's due to Interlacing signals, many ps2 games have this. It's only a bug if the deinterlacing settings to automatic, then pcsx2 fails to recognize them and use the correct deinterlacing filter
Anyway, you can either press F5 several times in order to use deinterlacing manually or use the best solution which is to remove interlacing by using hacks
go to the "cheats_ws" folder in pcsx2 and look for a file called 9E98B8AE.PNACH copy it and paste it inside a folder called "cheats_ni" now open the file with a text editor like notepad delete everything and paste my code:
//No-Interlacing patch=1,EE,00371834,word,30620000
save the file and open pcsx2 go to settings then emulation then checked "Enable No Interlacing Patches"
Enjoy the game.
Also, I am not a pcsx2 member but I think they would like to know what was your deinterlacing settings just press settings then graphics then send a picture
The game probably needs the deinterlacing forcing to "Blend" in the gamedb, there's a couple of games like this.
The splash screens can be fixed by setting the EE cycle rate to 75%. Playing with the GS dump doesn't show it, you'll need this block dump. (Presumably this fixes the other screens as well, but I haven't tested them.)
