[BUG]: Unable to unmap gamepad controller

Describe the Bug

I've accidentally mapped my gamepad controller for gamepad0 and gamepad1. Now the game gets double input for each keypress. There is no option to unmap my gamepad anymore so I had to fix it in ~/.config/PCSX2/inis/PAD.ini. Would be nice to have an option in the menu to unmap my controller from gamepad0/1.

Reproduction Steps

Config > Gamepad Settings > Gamepad 0 > Gamepad Configuration -> Select your controller

Config > Gamepad Settings > Gamepad 1 > Gamepad Configuration -> Select the same controller

Run game, input is received for both Gamepad0 and Gamepad1 with a single controller (it may depend on whether the game is controlled by Gamepad0 or by both Gamepad0+Gamepad1 but I can confirm this is the case for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4)

Expected Behavior

Should be an option to unmap your controller in:

Config > Gamepad Settings > Gamepad 0/1 > Gamepad Configuration -> Select your controller

Qt has Clear Mappings option, Wx is deprecated.
