Cold Winter erroneously projected shadow
PCSX2 version: Tested only on 1.7.0-513 + plugins that come with it, also used GSDX from 1.0.0 and ZeroGS
PCSX2 options: Default settings + Auto fixes, also tried various clamping/round modes + gamefixes + gsdx settings
Plugins used: All default except those mentioned above + 4x Native for HW mode testing
Description of the issue: The dead corpse shadow seems to also be projected on the wall and moves when you move.
How to reproduce the issue: Use GSDX in any mode SW or HW using the dump provided in our archive
Last known version to work: I'm not sure it's ever worked on GSdx, however it seems fine on ZeroGS (although this could be due to a ZGS bug) and Dobiestation seems to be fine, even if I hack COP2 on dobie, which leads me to believe it's probably not some weird behaviour/float problem on the core. I have also tried disabling the texture cache on GSDX, to no avail, however SW mode is affected too.
PC specifications: CPU: AMD Ryzen 3900X GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2080Ti OS: Windows 10 64 Bit

Issue in screenshot: Just slightly above and left of the crosshair, the darker area, that's the shadow which shouldn't be there
