Final Fantasy X Unsynchronized Subtitles

Description of the issue: In the cutscene after the save point inside home, when rikku and wakka are speaking, the subtitles aren't synced to the voices.

Setting EE cycle rate to 50% fixes the issue.

On real hardware the game's framerate fluctuates in some cutscenes and the devs synced the audio (and subtitles in this case) to match the lower speed, but, since PCSX2 always maintains a steady framerate the only way to fix it is to underclock the EE so the game slows down like on a real PS2.
