In Fu-un Bakumatsuden, the blur filter used in cutscenes is broken.
Reproduction Steps
Start a new game and watch the opening cutscene.

Fu-un Bakumatsu Den broken real 16bit to 32bit shuffle.zip
Here is a dump of the broken draw 135 which is a shuffle from a real 16bit Z buffer to a C32, shuffling in to the alpha channel, the files around this draw are just to show the Z buffer is actually Z16S and the main image is C32.
The issue is for some reason it gets swizzled funnily, causing the blur to be in the wrong place.
