[BUG]: PCSX2 not going fullscreen even with Start FullScreen enabled.
Describe the Bug
Even with Start Fullscreen enabled, the application will not go fullscreen.
Reproduction Steps
Fix the issue of Full Screen so that pressing Alt+Enter or Double Clicking the screen
Expected Behavior
Either pressing Alt+Enter or Double Clicking the screen, the application will go full screen irrespective of Full Screen enabled.

Yeah it only works in OpenGL not with Direct3D 11 and 12
Works fine for me with that PR, tested with both D3D11 and 12, on Windows 11.

I had the same problem on win10, i fuond out that the culprit was the fact i was running at 2xNativeResolution. I went back to Native and that fixed it. Then i set as 2xNativeResolution again and everything was normal as before. I hope that helps you.
After going back to Native resolution as well as 2X Native resolution and with Direct3D 11/12, it won't go fullscreen.

I copied the contents into the emulator issue but still the issue persists.
The fix is incomplete and didn't fix exclusive fullscreen, that is currently being worked on

Ah, the fix isn't in nightly yet, it's currently being tested in a separate build found in the linked PR/action
Hi, my game wasn't displaying in fullscreen mode due to Direct11. Downloading the regular stable version 2.4.0 from the pcsx2 website instead of the Nightly build helped me. Everything worked fine on it.
