Hey @PeterDelta , are you having issues also running this game with good constant speed?
I tried running this game on two of my mini PCs running steamOS and both can't hit a locked 60fps.
By the way one e of which is the atomman G7 PT and it also can't sustain 60fps which is extremely odd since it's a very powerful rig. 👀
Hi @joepogo! Yes, this game is quite demanding. At 4x scaling, it generally runs at 100% speed with the occasional drop. At 3x, it runs at 100%. Above 5x, the speed isn't as consistent. I should also mention that I usually play on PAL.
I suppose that once a solution to this problem is found, it can be optimized, as has happened with many other games.
Thanks for your response @PeterDelta .
I can confirm on my atomman it's definitely locked 60fps at 1080p. It's my bosgame mini p3 plus that it dips on, but it has a iGPU so it's not as powerful as the atomman.
If I lower it to 720p it stays close to 60fps. Now to fix the graphics issues. Whenever I start a race there's a line on both sides of my racer.
I'll definitely keep an eye on this thread. I hope all the issues get sorted. 👍😎
Least I can tell this is how it is supposed to look I would suggest checking on PS2 for yourself.

Yes, tested on the PS2. The transition behavior now seems correct.
