[BUG]: Debugger filter options that don't use the "Value" input still verify the input field

Describe the Bug

When searching by Increased,Decreased,Changed or Unchanged the Value input box is still validated despite it not being used during the comparison.

Reproduction Steps

• Do a memory search.
• Set the comparison to one of the ones listed above.
• Clear the value input.
• Try and filter search.

You should see a message-box stating "Invalid search value"

Expected Behavior

The filter-search should happen normally without issue.
