[BUG]: Per-game DirectX fullscreen resolution not being applied.
Describe the Bug
The "fullscreen mode" setting is being ignored in per-game settings. Only the general value is applied.
Reproduction Steps
Set general renderer to directx 11 or 12. Set a Fullscreenmode other than borderless fullscreen. (optional: you can set the general render to another one, Vulkan for instance and the Fullscreen mode to borderless fullscreen: the previously selected resolution will be used in per-game fullscreen for the Direct X renderers still)
Open a game's settings. Set renderer to directx 12 Set fullscreenmode to another, desired resolution.
Launch the game, set it to fullscreen, the general Directx value will be used instead of the one specified in the game's settings.
Expected Behavior
Game is displayed in fullscreen at the resolution set in its own settings.
