SMS ELF does not boot/black screen.

Describe the Bug

Loading the SMS (Simple Media System) ELF results in a black screen. Turning off the recompilers also does nothing.

I have provided the ELF below:

Load the elf through ULaunch or File:

No & 1.4 also. They both work perfectly!

I'm not gonna bisect, but I'll help by saying that it's not working on my 1.7.3628.
