Add hotkey on each port to toggle Lightgun cursor on/off

Description

Would be great to be able to toggle lightgun cursors on/off when playing a game. Playing with a cursor (crosshair) is a totaly different game experience than playing without. Both ways are fun!

Reason

Playing without a crosshair needs focusing on constant aiming. When playing for more the 10 minutes, it can be tough physically for arms and shoulders. To be able to add a crosshair during gameplay would allow casual players to finish a game without physical pain caused by constant aiming.

Examples

Sega model 2 emulator has this feature for many lightgun games (Virtua Cop 1-2, HODT, etc...) and it provides a wonderful playing experience.
