[BUG]: Battle Assault 3 FGS rainbow garbage

Describe the Bug

During gameplay there is occasional flashing garbage on the lower half the screen that also appears to change color occasionally.

Reproduction Steps

Run the GS dump provided and notice the rather large bar of rainbow garbage.

Expected Behavior

We don't like rainbows here.
