[BUG]: The King of Fighters 2001/KOF 2001 (Standalone, not the one from the NESTS compilation) : Graphical artifacts (lines) even in SW

Describe the Bug

There are lines appearing near texts and portraits

Reproduction Steps

Start any fight and lines appear near the portraits, you can also see white lines in the memory card loading screen

Expected Behavior

No line like in this video
