PCSX2 displays the generic icon in the icon tray for linux.

Describe the Bug

The icon displays as the generic gamepad logo instead of using PCSX2 logo.

Maybe we could implement the save icon feature duckstation has were it displays the program's icon while not game is running and it would display the save icon once the game is running, although, I don't know how feasible this is on pcsx2.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open pcsx2.
2. Look at the icon tray.

Expected Behavior

Pcsx2 displays it's icon on the tray instead of the generic one.
