[Feature Request]: Search input for Cheats section!

Description

It would be nice to have a search field to enable/disable cheats

Reason

The reason is because everyone can go to GameHacking and download the hole .pnach file and import to PCSX2, then enable/disable by filtering with a live search input. (when typing, start filtering)
