[BUG]: Juiced (SLUS-20872) Glitchy Audio
Describe the Bug
The audio in the first Juiced game seems to constantly bug out, as in, cutting-off and garbling all of a sudden but never stopping entirely. It doesn't seem to happen in menus or with dialogue/music, but only the sound effects (car engines, skidding sounds, ambience, etc).
It doesn't always happen. Sometimes I can finish entire races without the sound freaking out, while others it bugs out immediately. I wonder if it has something to do with save states? It seems to trigger easier when saving/loading is involved during a race, but I'm not entirely sure about this.
Reproduction Steps
Start a couple of races and wait for the audio to crap itself. Try doing it with save states as I'm suspecting it might be related, but I'm not entirely sure of it.
Expected Behavior
Sound effects don't give up and work correctly.

I don't think it's savestate related, if you just sit at the start and wait for someone to lap you, about that time the announcer will say something and at that point the audio will take a dump.
Fair enough, that clears my doubt then.

Not at this time, no. At least not by me. I've since built another PC and no longer have the game.
