Support of PHP 8.3

Magento 2.4.7 supports PHP 8.3.

composer.json of this extension currently does not allow installing with PHP 8.3.

thats true because it is not tested right now , but it is on the list will be availible in the next release

We have created a PR for it: https://github.com/PAYONE-GmbH/magento-2/pull/555 We will release a new plugin probably next week.

We released last week the version 3.12.0, which is compatible with 8.3
