A super admin of a tenant can deactivate the creator

Add a new tenant and switch to this tenant. Add a new user with superadmin preveleges and log in with this new user. Go to user management and select the creator admin. Deactivate the user (the creator). Now the creator can no longer log in.

It must not be possible for a superadmin of a tenant to edit the creator.
