T5 demo link doesn't work

Hi LIT team,

The t5 demo link at the bottom of the demo webpage (https://pair-code.github.io/lit/demos/) doesn't seem to work. I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED from http://34.86.17.245:5436/.

There was a rate-limiting issue affecting TFDS that was resolved today. This fix will be included in the TFDS nightly build for 15 Mar 2022. I will be testing resolution first thing tomorrow morning and hopefully updating the T5 demo once the fix has been verified.
