Add a way to download a selection of the data

Right now we can dice and slice the datasets but there is no way (as far as I know) to 'visually select' part of your dataset and download it as a json list file.

I can imagine two main form of interaction:

• Drag a rectangle around a region
• Shift + click on the boxes and then a download selection button.
