Export Spectra to other (non-native) instrument packs or different resolutions

A less common but very powerful use of PAHFIT is to take a fitted spectrum or spectral average, then up-res the lines to target a different instrument or hypothetical instrument. Right now this is a hard-codeding affair, but if we had the ability to take a given PAHFIT fit result, and recreate the spectrum according to arbitrary instrument packs, or at an arbitrary resolution, this would be valuable for mission planning, preparing science cases, etc.
