Android 11和12 hook不成功

跑了demo，在Android 11以下都可以hook成功，在oppo和小米 Android 11没有hook成功，三星Android 12也没有hook成功

为啥有的App可以hook，有的不能？

Pixel3xl android 11测试发现大部分app都可以Hook，但有个别app无法被Hook，尤其Google相关的app好像都没办法Hook到比如系统自带浏览器可以Hook，Chrome不能被Hook
