Added docker-compose example and reformatted documentation.

Hey Prashanth (@P7h),

I enjoyed the simplicity of your repo greatly when trying to decide how to best run spark locally. I felt the repo could benefit from a docker-compose example.

I also made a couple edits to the README to put the getting started section first. Let me know what you think.
