npc weapon bug

The npc off-hand weapon cannot be used, which is different from the manual

I'm pretty sure you're just supposed to put an ancient warfare shield there anyways to increase their attack stat.

That is no longer the case, AW NPCs will now actually use shields.

In regards to the actual issue, I will investigate, but I’m fairly positive it does work as the manual states.
