regarding snapdragon 8 gen 3

Hi,I found a new question of 8gen3, and many logcodes are encrypted by qualcomm( such as b860,b800). and the logs from diag can contain RSA public keys. but obviously could not get RSA private keys. and is there any config file which can config these logcodes? or is there any other method to prevent these datas are encrypted?
