Wifi-Pumpkin + Aireplay-ng

Is it possible to create the wifi-pumpkin AP and at the same time do the deauth attack using aireplay-ng?

I've tried using wifi-pumpkin's own deauth attack and it cancels the AP. The AP seems to be active in the software, but in fact when I look at another device it is not.
