Doesn't work on WSL

Klembord thinks it is on Linux, when it should (and can) use the Windows clipboard functions.

When I wrote this lib, WSL wasn't a thing, and supporting the WSL environment has never crossed my mind. I might consider it if I have the time, but don't hold your breath.
