Don't silently skip a track in case of error while trying to play it

Describe the Bug/Crash

If an error is happening when trying to play a track, currently Auxio silently skips the track and move on to the next.

Describe the intended behavior

This silent skip should not happen, instead it should stops the playback, produce an error, a notification is the player isn't on foreground and offer a more details button showing a stack trace, according to https://github.com/OxygenCobalt/Auxio/issues/619#issuecomment-1822052689
