[FEATURE REQUEST] Add notification system
Feature Description Concisely describe what feature you would want to be added to the base client [E.g. An easy way to draw circles on the screen
A notification system, in the right bottom corner would be notifications. The notifications will have three icons: Info, Warning, Error. At the bottom of the notification will be a progress bar showing the time before notification disappears.
Feature Implementation Describe how you would want the feature to be implemented [E.g. Adding a method to the RenderUtils class getting the circle position, radius and colour
Adding a whole class called NotificationSystem with an API.
Current Version: The ID of the commit you are currently on. (Optional)
NotificationManager, not NotificationSystem. Otherwise, good idea! Also, IDK what you mean by API,

Although I believe this is a simple misuse of the term, if not, what software(s)/hardware are you trying to integrate with the NotificationManager, and why should the API be added on the base client level (and not in your own client)?
