Travel restrictions

Can you look at international travel restrictions for some countries?

  1. Russia is coded 2, which means quarantines, but you only need to test, if it's because of a limited number of air links and rail routes to Russia due to sanctions, then it's better to code it 3?

  2. Belgium has restrictions for very-high risk countries, but no territories are listed as such for months, so it doesn't make much sense to include it;

  3. Palestine is listed as fully closed, but looks like it's outdated as well https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/the-occupied-palestinian-territories/entry-requirements;

Also, it doesn't make sense that Austria is coded 2 for workplace restrictions, their restrictions are very similar to what their neighbors have as well and are focused on medical settings. if it's because of "In justified cases, stricter regulations that go beyond this ordinance can be provided at the place of professional activity to prevent the further spread of COVID-19" they mean individual businesses and that shouldn't be reflected here

The same applies for Honduras, it seems like the only mandate is a curfew for the unvaccinated only during the night and percentage of vaccinated there is high anyway https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/honduras/coronavirus https://www.centralamerica.com/experiencing/travel/central-america-covid-measures-guide/
