The error 503 is back?
out of 10 Translations I get 9 503 errors. I heard it's fixed since v0.99, so I guess its back?
I tried it on multiple devices, windows with the binary exe, mac with a brew install, a docker on my qnap and even build it from source myself. in all cases 90% error 503.
am i the only one? is there another solution?

Now using gpt-4.1 for translation, you can try logging in for temporary use. The quota is still the same as before with DeepLX.
If your GitHub account is over three years old, you can get 500,000 characters per day; if it's less than three years, you can only get 10,000 characters per day. (Your usage will reset daily at midnight Eastern Time, America/New_York)
There are currently no plans to fix DeepLX. (It may be considered for permanent discontinuation due to the fact that as large models develop, DeepL's translation quality is not very good, and the cost of large models is decreasing, making it unnecessary to use.)

大家都是503了明白不？这个旧接口已经废了。
503意思是不修了， 作者说了鉴于大模型成本极低、翻译效果更优的情况下，deeplx的503的问题可能无限期搁置。
然后给原来deeplx的用户提供了一个免费的基于大模型的翻译接口来替代。
所以，你要么自己去找个低成本的api用（可以选模型的），要么可以考虑用作者的这个新的接口（因为是免费的，所以不能选模型）
