Support a second serial connection for dedicated logs.

We have a dedicated UART for logs, and a dedicated UART for a CLI in most of our hardware designs. It would be nice if we could use this for optionally displaying logs as well. Not sure how that would work with the UI, ideally it would be dynamic based on your defaults file settings. Maybe just split the history section so now 4 columns instead of 3?
