Remove BE2 from Capture2 Rotation

Even with full stack its only 20 players and often loads of people have to chill in observers. Or adjust the player slots on that map.

I think that be2 is the most popular of the maps for Capture 2.

As Trina said BE2 is really popular and a fantastic map I don't think it should be removed
