ChatModerator bypasses link when it contains oc.tc but it's vulnerable

^ In the chat if I link like blabla.example.com it filters the link but if it is oc.tc.example.com it bypasses. I found it few weeks ago but I forgot to report and realized it today. ;n;

Yes it's a bug, but I don't think it matters because when adding the oc.tc as a subdomain it breaks the link. It still should be fixed though, just pointing that out.
