Crafting before Game starts

Since you get teleported 3 seconds before the game actually starts you can craft during those 3 seconds. Is that intended? (Have not testest it on several maps only Cargo and Woolirium) Video: https://youtu.be/yEQnawX2uE8 Edit: Seems to work on all maps.
