The gadget from raindrop's shop "raindrop gun" can shoot raindrops but can't give to another players

Tested. It does give raindrops but does not hurt the player which seems to be a positive.

Reopened just in case devs really do want it to hurt players (as in hit them but not cause damage like it used to in 1.8).

#2383 has some more issues, some might be fixed already.
