Double messages on EU

On the EU server whenever someone sends you a message, it shows up 2 times. This doesn't occur on the US server. I think it has to do with the new message ding, it might have screwed something up.

The issue you linked @TiTo-418 I think is the bug were sometimes messages are recieved several times, can be more than 2 times.

This issue seems to only happen on EU, and it's always two messages you recieve.
