Rock the Casbah: Improvements

Map/XML Updates:

• Move heads down/out for downward jump pads to avoid bumping them & dying
• Fixed 1 jump pad bug, and tweaked several pads for optimal operation
• Highlight spawners better with different blocks and brighter armor stand labels
• Added iron bars to extend platforms to avoid jump pad issues in the Gauntlet route
• Gapple / Void Death includes added
• Slight boost to double jump
• Other minor adjustments to map, broadcasts, obs spawn, etc
