Small documentation improvements

This pull request includes two small improvements to the documentation / readme:

  1. Advise users to utilize "Deploy keys" functionality of Github instead of connecting adding / connecting key to the user account (this tends to be safer since it only grants that key read-only access to a single repository).

  2. Add a note on how to configure ssh client to utilize correct SSH key for github.com
