Lightning storms

Would be nice to have lightning storm like what we see on the Eye of the Universe. Probably would be cool to tweak radius, colour, frequency, lightnings count (so player can parent things to them)

This would be amazing for atmosphere! An additional config to plug new audio sources into them for different sounds like thunderclaps would be appreciated too!

Would involve taking assets from the eye of the universe scene, so we'd need to add them to the asset bundle if we wanted to do this.
